TRACE YOUR SHIPMENT VIA EXPRESS TRACKER

 We will ship it the following day after we have verified and clear your payments.  We will email or text you your tracking number and you can use it to trace delivery transit via:
SHIPPING POLICY:
Philippine/ Local Buyers -- 


Expect following day or at the very least 2 days for Metro Manila shipments via Xend Express courier. 
Expect at the very least 3 to 5 days for Luzon via LBC through Xend Expresss. 
Expect at the very least 4 to 7 days Vizayas/ Mindanao via LBC through Xend Express. 

No  Return Policy - 

  • Please understand my products are consumable items, there for we can’t accept return for flimsy reason like "the item did not meet your expectation".
  • Yet we will only allow items to be returned if there is any error in the deliver, wrong items, wrong description, inconsistent or different from how we describe the product from our website. If such case happens a correction of the delivery will be dispatched following our process of return.
  • Buyers should notify the seller of the possible return with in 48 hours from the date received. 
  • Buyer will be ask to return the item via Xend Express collect to our account, upon receipt seller will dispatch product/s replacement. 
  • The return is only allowable within 7 days for local buyers.   The item/s should be returned in the same condition and the same packing as it left us otherwise after inspection and the item/s are found mishandled, we will not be able to make a replacement for the returned item/s. 
  • Return of the items is not the buyer's burden if the item/s are returned within the sellers provisions and only for reasons stated above.   If correction of the erroneous delivery is not possible, a full refund will be issued to the buyer after Mutually Agreed Closure of the Transaction.


 No Refund / No Store Credit Policy

  • For none delivery of your purchase product due to man made or natural calamities outside of our control. 
  • For "flimsy reason like "the item did not meet your expectation".



International Buyers --

Please contact us first for proper shipping quotation with your respectable countries.  
We use Singapore post via Xend Express regular air mail 14 to 21 days transit.   We will input tracking number of our shipment to you via paypal and or via email. 

Canada, Italy, France, Spain, Germany and some parts of Europe, Kuwait, other parts of the Middle East regular registered or air parcel ( Standard)  may sometimes take an unusual  5 to 8 weeks transit time. We therefore suggest buyers from these countries to opt for the IEMS.

Custom Disclaimer --
Our products are food supplement which may have some custom or duties, custom  issues or restriction.  We rarely encounter any custom problems, almost none but in the event our shipment to you will face custom inspection or imposition please understand we can not do anything about it, we can't shoulder the impose duties and we will not refund in the event item is seized.  In any rate the best we can do is to give you store credit equal to the amount you paid for the products and just add another shipping fee for redeliver.

Under all circumstances we will do everything possible to deliver your orders as fast as possible, as smooth as we normally do, as prompt as we normally do.  We can use ADD COMMENT if you need to leave as intimidate communication, we will response either via text or via reply to your inquiry.
